The model VIV 251 is comprised of a platform on a movable trolley that is placed in front of an oven. These powder coating machines are composed of two hinged parts, that hold membranes which manually close right after the wrapped profiles are placed on the lower membrane. Once the powder coating machine's top lid is closed, a pump works to create a vacuum in between both membranes. The model VIV 401/501 is composed of a frame with membranes laid on a movable trolley in front of the oven. It is comprised of two hinged parts, each holding a membrane, that are closed manually once the wrapped profiles have been laid on the lower membrane. Once the upper lid is closed, a pump creates a vacuum between the two membranes. This process makes perfect adherence possible between the transfer film and the surface of both sides of the sheet, through constant pressure of the upper membrane. The loading operation is very easy, thanks to the unique shape of the platform and allows the work to occur at room temperature. Once the vacuum operation is finished, the frame is pushed manually into the oven where it stays for 7 to 10 minutes until the powder decoration transfer is complete to a coating layer of powder coating layer of 2.5 to 3 mils. A temperature probe controls the condition of the sublimation on metal process. The powder coating system has recently been equipped with a suction device, placed at the inside of the membrane frame. This allows decoration on all four surfaces of the profile, with excellent quality and remarkable reduction in production costs. The powder coating process is technologically advanced, as well as easy and safe to effect. This wood grain powder coating machine is able to decorate parts with a maximum dimension of 12 x 4 ft.
Using the vacuum nozzles placed on the frame, all bags are connected one by one to the vacuum system. Once the pump starts working, the film is perfectly bonded to every part of the profile, allowing precise decoration on the whole perimeter. The automatic entrance of the frame into the oven is remote controlled. The profiles stay in the oven for 3 to 6 minutes, until the decoration transfer is complete to a coating layer of 2.5 to 3 mils. The temperature probe assures that correct sublimation occurs. At the end of the production cycle, the trolley moves automatically out of the oven, the vacuum pump stops and the film bags are removed from the profiles completely empty of ink and color. From this moment on, the profiles are ready for processing and packing. On request the oven can be supplied with a semiautomatic crane. This was developed to increase the production of the profiles of Mod. VIV 801. With this powder coating system, the operator can prepare in advance the profiles on frames in the bagging machine area. Its use increases the speed of loading and unloading of the frames on the trolley, reducing working time. The crane serves two important functions: 1) Moving the loaded frame from the preparation position to the oven entrance; 2) Moving the loaded frame from the oven exit to the unload position. It comes equipped with automatic horizontal and vertical positioning systems, operated by remote control. The operator keeps the button depressed during the entire operation. A safety feature is that the movement stops automatically, once the button is released. This wood grain powder coating machine is able to decorate parts with a maximum dimension of 24 x 4 ft.
The wrapped profiles are placed on the mobile trolley situated in front of the oven, for ease of working at room temperature. Bags wrapped around the profiles are connected with a 9 aspiration head collector, placed on the frame, where the vacuum circuit allows the film to perfectly bond a precise decoration to the entire perimeter. The profiles automatically enter the oven where they remain for 3 to 6 minutes, until the decoration transfer is complete to a coating layer of 2.5 to 3 mils. A temperature probe monitors the profile for correct sublimation. Once the ideal temperature is reached, the trolley automatically comes out of the oven and collectors blow cool air over it, allowing the removal of the bags and a rapid drop in temperature. The profiles are then decorated and are ready for processing and packing. The plant can be supplied with a crane for the transfer of the trolleys. This device increases production output, facilitating the preparation of other frames, while each frame is in the oven. A double membrane frame for the decoration of flat, embossed sheets and 3-D parts can be supplied upon request. This powder coating machine is able to decorate parts with a maximum dimension of 21 x 4 ft.
This press moves up automatically one stage at a time, for the decoration of metal sheets. The movement of this device allows loading in different stages, as the metal sheets are to be decorated. The powder coating system provides the application and the removal of the film/paper necessary for the transfer of the desired design in a totally automatic manner. It was specially developed for the decoration of flat metal sheets and guarantees high production output with excellent quality. The plant can be supplied with an applicator which lays down and automatically removes the plastic film necessary for the sublimation.
